IT Service Delivery Manager

IT Service Delivery Manager required for a small NHS organisation based in Leeds. This role is part time (2 days per week) and paying £250 per day - Outside IR35.
You will be required to go in the office 1 day per week and the other will be remote.
Job Description:
- To manage contracts with third-party suppliers, fully understanding the service provided and ensuring that these achieve value for money and that any supplier performance issues are successfully identified and addressed or mitigated.
- To review and update the suite of IT Policies.
- To be the budget holder for IT, leading on budget setting and quarterly forecasting.
- To be the business continuity lead for IT, ensuring there is a clear policy in place and that any business-critical incidents are managed professionally, minimising downtime.
- To develop and lead an internal communication plan for IT to ensure key messages are landed with staff.
- To own the content of all IT pages on the intranet to create and maintain a professional online presence for the team
- Management of mobile devices and maintenance/administration of the BT One Phone portal.
