An exciting opportunity to join a established contractor in the super prime residential sector and work on some of Landon's finest and most prestigious residential properties.

Due to continued growth my client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team. The client focus on the super high end residential refurbishment sector with typical projects being individual property renovations with project values between £1M and £10M. Initially this position will based on a new project in Twickenham/ Ham as number one Site Manager working closely with the site and office based project team.

As Site Manager you will take the pivotal role on site taking responsibility for the day to day running of the project while liaising with the Project Manager; Quantity Surveyor; Designers; and Sub-contractors. Duties will encompass standard site management tasks including but not limited to:

• Manage the day to day site operations.
• Execute work practices (e.g. Job Safety Assessments, Risk Analysis, Safety Audits, Security Protocols, Critical Safety Audit)
• Ensure material requisitions are placed in a timely manner to enable the best commercial terms and ensuring no delays to progress due to material procurement issues
• Work closely with the contractors to address and correct safety inefficiencies, institute additional programs, and processes to address gaps
• Attend/ Run Team Meetings as required, ensuring timely and adequate input from design sub-contractors

Requirements:

• SMSTS and First Aid tickets
• NVQ 6/ Black CSCS card (Ideally)
• Previous experience with super prime residential refurbishment (essential)
• A good work ethic and strong interpersonal skills - Must be able to hit the ground running!
