The Opportunity:

As the Freelance Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the project to success, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to create and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Implement quality control measures and monitor progress to ensure that all work meets or exceeds client specifications
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to coordinate deliveries, resources, and personnel
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety awareness among the workforce
• Prepare and present regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• Extensive experience in Steel frame projects, with a proven track record of successful project management
• Relevant industry qualifications, such as a degree in construction management or civil engineering, are highly desirable
• A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ideally worked on Energy to Waste projects.
