Interim Management Accountant
Location: Sheffield 
Type: Temporary (potential to be made permanent) 

Elevation are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield. This is a brand new role within the company and will involve full monthly management accounts preparation as well as transactional ledger management and payroll processing. During this exciting growth period they are looking to appoint a qualified accountant with a keen eye for process improvement and working collaboratively with senior leadership to implement change. 

Responsibilities:

• Monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Weekly and annual cash flow forecasting.
• Overseeing finance function including managing ledgers, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Provide analysis on budget deviations.
• Prepare capital and revenue budgets.
• Review monthly VAT returns.
• Manage billing and credit control operations.
• Payroll processing and maintenance 

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Finance Manager / Management Accountant in a growing business as number 1 or in a standalone capacity
• Ideally ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant (QBE candidates also considered).
• Immediate availability.
