CUSTOMER CARE CO-ORDINATOR – 6 MONTH FTC - MATERNITY COVER

LOCATION: HIGH WYCOMBE – SOUTH BUCKINGHAMSHIRE

ROLE: Customer Care Co-Ordinator – 6 Month Contract

LOCATION: High Wycombe – South Buckinghamshire

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 + Package (Pro Rata)

BUSINESS TYPE: Residential Developer

PROJECTS: Bespoke Homes and Developments up to 100 dwellings

About Our Client:

They are a newer name within the residential world but have already firmly established themselves in the Bucks/Oxon areas and now starting to enter other surrounding counties. The company has delivered developments up to 80 units so far and these are typically 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom family homes in greenfield locations. Projects are delivered using the highest standards of workmanship thus delivering a home anyone would be proud to call their own.

The Role:

You will be working in an established Customer Service team and reporting into the Customer service Manager. You will ensure efficient and effective management of defects raised by the customer, sourcing suitable trades and seeing them through to the customers satisfaction. You will be managing the Customer Care emails, escalating serious concerns and managing where possible all defects. You will need to be highly organised, empathetic and passionate about customer care. With the growth this company are experiencing, the fixed term contract may be increased from 6 months or made permanent.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

• Worked in a similar role for a residential developer
• The ability to start a new role before the end of May.
