HR Service Delivery Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

Duties include:
*Delivery of HR operations including whole employee lifecycle
*Managing People Engaging campaigns both face to face and virtually
*Manage and design continuous HR improvement campaigns
*Develop, build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Being a strong team player by supporting leaders and team members
*Be able "think outside the box" and bring new ideas to the company's People proposition
*A key part of the role will be project manager new and exciting HR migration projects
Must have requirements:
*Minimum 9 years of HR experience
*Passion for creating and landing HR solutions in a fast paced world
*Lead and be proactive
*Have all forms of great communications skills
*Strong analytical knowledge and attention to detail
*Be proficient in both English and Mandarin
*Be experienced in payroll & benefits
*Have a Bachelor degree or CIPD accreditation in HR is preferred
