Provide Education are currently recruiting for Behaviour Support Workers for a Special School in Calderdale.

This school supports primary and secondary aged school students aged 4 – Post 16 who have been identified as having Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and associated challenging behaviours. The school support their students based on their individual needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working with children or young people with SEMH . Ideally you will have Level 2 Team Teach training, although this can be provided by our inhouse trainers.

The role includes:

• Assisting the class Teacher,
• Supporting students with SEMH needs, providing a safe, friendly and stimulating environment to learn in
• Understand and follow individual Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs)
