The role of a classroom assistant will involve working as a general teaching assistant in a year 3/4 class. As a teaching assistant, you will need to attend the pupils' personal needs while supervising and supporting them in access of learning. You will be required to assist with the implementation of individual support plans while providing feedback to pupils.

You may be asked to work with pupils one on one or do small group work depending on the child's individual needs.
