My client are a reputable Civil's Contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join their Team on a Water Treatment project in Yorkshire - They are looking for someone on a 12 Month FTC with a view of taking someone on longterm due to there being works in the area. 

Supervisor Duties: 

• Supervise and manage a team of employees, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
• Monitor work progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among team members
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports as needed

Supervisor Requirements: 

• Must have provicient and proven experience in Water or Environmental Frameworks.
• Must have CSCS
• SMSTS/SSSTS
• First Aid
