My client are a reputable Civil's Contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Team on a Water Treatment project in Yorkshire - They are looking for someone on a 12 Month FTC with a view of taking someone on longterm due to there being works in the area.
Site Manager Duties:
- Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts manager.
- Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
- Keeping site diaries
- RAMS
- Quality Assurance.
- Managing the labour and putting men to work.
- Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.
- Liasing with the client, providing weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Pushing and following programme.
- Reading and understanding drainage drawings.
- Ordering materials.
Site Manager Requirements:
- CSCS black card or gold card
- First Aid
- SMSTS
- Demonstrated experience on water or environmental frameworks.
