This role is 5 from 7 days with variable hours but some flexibility during our busy season is key.

We are looking for a Admin & Parcel Operative to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:
Key Responsibilities- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Making sure every order is sent out and nothing is left each day
- Sorting and filing documents, maintaining organised records
- Managing and responding to emails, as well as forwarding them to the appropriate recipients
- Arranging online returns and following up with suppliers both online and via the telephone
- Keeping the parcel room well stocked and tidy
- Bringing technical problems to the office manager's attention, making suggestions for improving processes
- General admin, ad-hoc research and projects as they arise
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
- Updating data into computer systems or databases with a high level of accuracy
- Communicating with office on jobs for clients, ensuring and meeting client deadlines
- Making sure all orders are checked before despatch
- Administration tasks as and when requested
- Overseeing the mail room
- Previous office administration experience
- Previous experience processing invoices and dealing with stock control
- Strong IT skills including high competency with MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, and the internet
- Strong numerical skills
- Highly conscientious
- Strong time management, organisation and planning skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to use their initiative
- Highly flexible and adaptable
- Can work under pressure with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Reliable and punctual
- Highly professional and presentable
- Able to work well in a team and unsupervised
- Extremely confidential and discreet
- Can follow instructions in a cooperative and accurate manner
