Working Supervisor

I am looking for a Working Supervisor to join a private school in the Birmingham area. The Working Supervisor will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the school campus assisting in the supervision and work allocation on in house maintenance team and external contractors. This role will go permanent after 3 months

Working Supervisor duties:
- Oversee and be prepared to carry out practical trade and maintenance skills when requested.
- Deputise for the maintenance manager during absence and holidays
- coordinating all compliance testing, ensuring inspections are up to date.
- manage the maintenance and upkeep of the swimming pool.
- Responsibility for the control and conduct of all external contractors on site.
What is required for the role:
- SSSTS
- Experience of line managing staff
- Trades background
- Working knowledge of Health and safety legislation
