Position: Driver Trainer

Location: Egham

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 per annum

Days worked: Monday to Friday 8am Start time (8 hour shift)

About the Role:

As a Driver Trainer, you'll play a pivotal role in employee onboarding, delivering engaging training sessions, and ensuring the highest standards across our Branch. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting onboarding sessions for new branch employees, covering Company Induction, Group Values, and preliminary induction training.
• Designing and delivering role-specific training across the Branch Network and utilizing creative engagement.
• Maintaining records of all Technical Training delivered, assessing ROI, and conducting regular Training Needs Assessments.
• Carrying out quality driver audits across the Branch, covering areas such as driver fueling, employee competency levels, and customer service standards.

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience in a similar trainer role is essential.
• Experience delivering both classroom and side-by-side training to individuals and groups.
• Proficiency in help designing engaging and innovative training materials.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience in conducting audits desired but not essential.
