Front Line Supervisor / Foreman

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of workers on-site.
- Ensure that projects are completed to schedule and within budget.
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
- Monitor progress, quality, and productivity of the team.
- Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Report any issues or concerns to the project manager.
Project Details:
- The project duration is 18 Months +
- Immediate start
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Foreman or Front-Line Supervisor
- Strong understanding of infrastructure projects
- Ability to run gangs on site and ensure deadlines are met.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- SSSTS or SMSTS tickets essential
Contract Details:
This is a contract position offering competitive rates of £280 - £320 per shift CIS.
