Overview:
Working for a independent Charity, you will be responsible for building and leading a new employability programme, creating partnerships with organisations, and supporting individuals in their journey towards employment, education, or training.
A typical week:
- Create & implement programme structure model
- Recruit & induct programme participants
- Deliver training sessions individually & in groups
- Develop & nurture external relationships
You'll need the following for this role:
- Confident delivering training & workshops
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Experience with unemployed individuals (desirable)
- Car driver (essential)
