£23,000 - £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Cambridge Branch for a Recruitment Consultant to support schools in Cambridgeshire. It is to take over an established business operating in Cambridgeshire and you will be based at our office in Histon, Cambridge. You will need to be able to travel to the Fenland and Huntingdon area a couple of times a month to meet clients and candidates.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Recruitment Consultant you will have:

• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Have previous Recruitment experience
• The ability to maintain and grow a their desk from the start.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• An ability to organise their own workload and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivation and resilience.
• The ability to act on their own initiative.
• Possess a professional and ethical approach to business.
• The ability to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face-to-face.
• A desire to exceed the highest levels of customer service.
