Working with an Electrical, Mechanical and Interior Fit Out specialist located in the village of Datchet near Heathrow Airport.

They are renowned for expertise in executing small works and large project across various aviation sectors, as a business we have a spectrum from £20k to £7 million in projects currently working for Heathrow Airport, Airlines, Retailers and Main Contractors.

As a Project Manager, you will be based out of the office in Datchet. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing fit out and reactive maitenance projects ranging from £20k to £700k. You will be reporting to the Construction Director, your role will be taking projects from appointment to completion, ensuring on time delivery and bringing them into budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

The candidate must have substantial experience in the interiors sector, ideally with a background in trades such as joinery, dry lining, suspended ceilings, general building with some M&E knowledge, you will require to have an excellent knowledge in materials and techniques of various interior systems progressing through your career to a Project Manager position, you will be required to work not only under your own control but also as a team player. You will require excellent communication skills as the role involves close working with the client base and subcontractors. You must also be an excellent problem solver.
