Groundworks Quantity Surveyor

On behalf of its client, KCS is looking for an experienced Groundworks Quantity Surveyor to start ASAP in Kent
Duties:
- Be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as cost control, budgeting, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Location – Kent (occasional site visits – most jobs are in London and around south London)
Start date – ASAP
