OATS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a kitchen and bathroom project in the commercial/residential sector in Sheffield.
- You will be an experienced Site Manager overseeing refurbishment/build projects in the commercial/residential sectors.
- Have kitchen and bathroom experience
- You must have a valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, Asbestos and First Aid
- Liaising with all levels of staff within the company, subcontractors and consultants, to ensure the finished product is in accordance with all specifications, to the highest standards of workmanship and within budget.
- Being responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient running of the programme as a whole and to comply with the HSE, company Health & Safety policy and all other Health and Safety legislation during the works.
This role is available to commence immediately offering £250/£270 per day on a freelance basis or through our Umbrella partner company. Please apply now for a conversation.
