Role Overview: As the Head of Resident Operations, you will play a pivotal role in strategically managing and developing the professional service area. You will ensure that service delivery aligns with professional, and legislative requirements while fostering positive relationships across the organisation. This role requires a proactive approach to planning, implementing continuous improvements, and leading a competent workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically manage and develop the resident operations service area
  • Act as the lead operational interface with the wider leadership team
  • Plan and ensure diverse service delivery, maintaining professional standards
  • Provide advice to senior managers, members, and others on relevant issues
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to maintain a highly competent workforce
  • Identify, secure, deploy, and manage necessary resources for objectives
  • Prepare and present reports, offering evidence-based recommendations
  • Ensure successful implementation of health and safety legislation
  • Utilise knowledge of Contact Centre operations, CRM, and complaint systems
  • Uphold resident experience standards, policies, and practices

  • Goal-oriented focus with residents in mind
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels

  • Exceptional communicator, able to influence and gain commitment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective time management
