One of our clients is in search of a Site Manager to oversee modular installation works on a MOD site based in Cumbria.

We are seeking for an individual that is capable of management and coordination of a modular build project installation. Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

This project is 6 months starting in June, You will work with a team to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site
• Managing the health and safety on site
• Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely
• Overseeing internal and externals works
• Manage the quality of completed works
• Conduct regular sub-contractor meetings
• Liaise directly with Project Manager and other Site Managers
• Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
• Oversee general day-to-day operations on the construction site

Requirements:

• Have a CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID
• Minimum 5 years experience site management
• Level 1 security check qualified – BPSS / SC clearance
• Ideally with modular build project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficient in MS projects
