Our HR Manager:
The HR Manager for KP’s Finance, R&D, Procurement and IT functions will work collaboratively and cross-functionally to drive and improve business performance through the effective use and implementation of People & Culture practices.
The HR Manager is instrumental in growing line manager capability, so talent development and management, coaching, engagement and supporting wellbeing/reward strategies will be high on this person’s agenda! This role will work as part of a large KP-wide HR team, reporting into the HR Business Partner for Corporate & Commercial.
Salary: ££negotiable (dependent on experience)

Day to day responsibilities for our HR Manager will include:
- Providing HR Management for KP’s Finance and R&D functions through partnering on functional and strategic people plans, whilst collaboratively supporting the business partnership of IT & Procurement
- Coaching and advising line managers in the correct application of KP’s people processes, policies and procedures (e.g. Performance Management, Recruitment, Absence Management, Talent Management)
- Leading and executing Slough L&D activity, embedding performance management practices through delivering training and upskilling to Slough’s Corporate & Commercial line management population
- Embracing I&D through Insights Discovery Strategies and by being a role model for KP’s Values and Behaviours to drive continued cultural change as active member of our V&B Champs community
- Embedding and delivering a consistent approach to Talent Management processes, utilising frameworks to execute action on colleague development
- Supporting local Engagement, Culture, Reward and Wellbeing initiatives in line with KP’s People & Planet targets
- Working in conjunction with Central HR functions (e.g. People & Payroll Services, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to provide the business with an effective HR service
