Our client is a medium size Design & Build Contractor with an enviable reputation for quality and delivery.
Since the acquisition of new projects and schemes in the Surrey/Middlesex regions of Greater London, they are keen to identify an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to manage a JCT D&B contract site for approximately one year.
Our client have an excellent client portfolio with follow on projects and schemes - there will likely be the opportunity to join direct, although they are quite open minded about their surveyors working on a freelance/contract basis also.
The Applicant:
* Well versed in commercially delivering JCT D&B schemes.
* Preperation of BOQ's.
* Risk/Value Cost Control.
* Material acqisition/tracking.
* Subcontractor payments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skils.
* Effective liaison with the Project Manager and the various project stakeholders.
