I am working with a contractor based in Yorkshire that specialise within newbuilds, fitouts, maintenance, housing.
This assignment is managing a re-roofing project in Glasgow city centre.
It is on behalf of one of the largest retailers in the UK.
Liaising with the end-client, live environments and managing subcontractors.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage the roofing contractor.
You will need to be experienced in dealing with the general public, live environments and dealing with end-client.
You will have experience of similar projects, whilst reporting into a Contracts Manager.
Suitable candidates would preferably be SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness qualified.
