Main Focus's in the role of Teacher of Girls P.E:

• Ability to adapt lesson plans and instruction style to suit student ability and/or interest, weather (for outdoor activities) etc.
• Creativity - engage students that may not enjoy sports on a whole, into lessons by making them fun and engaging.
• Apply increased level of focus and supervision, especially surrounding sports equipment, and high intensity physical activity to ensure a safe environment.
• Ensure maintenance of resources and sports equipment.
• Being prepared to demonstrate for any students that require further understanding
• Willing to lead after school sport activities, if requested by Head Teacher
• Attend any meetings or training as requested by Head Teacher
