Assistant Site Manager New Build Housing

Assistant Site Manager needed to work closely with the Site Manager to finish and handover a new build residential site in Liverpool.
There is a small housing part to the project of 6 houses which need to be snagged and finished and then there is a low rise apartment block that will need to be completed and handed over as well.
You will be ensuring that the snagging lists have been completed by the subcontractors to the required standard and that houses are completed on time.
It is essential you have worked on completions within the housing sector. They are being handed over to the client so there is no requirement for customer care but there may be some liaison with the clerk of works.
