IMH Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Technical Fleet Administrator for our client in Leicester.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team to cover front of house for a busy Vehicle Fleet Services Team.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT systems and infrastructure.
Duties:
- Face to face and telephone enquires.
- Working closely with the vehicle workshop to keep track of the status of vehicles as they progress through appointments.
- Liaising with service areas to coordinate vehicle delivery and collection.
- Assisting the workshop with breakdown recoveries.
- Assisting with making appointments for technical inspections.
- Running weekly metric/KPI reports for service areas.
Requirements:
- Front of house – co-ordinate vehicle workshop, basic admin.
- Ideally fleet experience – any experience with vehicles- garage reception, MOT.
- Technical knowledge – understanding basic use of IT systems such as computers and phones.
- Customer service a must.
Hours & Pay:
- Monday - Friday
- 37 Hours per week
- £12.81 Per hour
Education:
- GCSE grades in English and Maths
- NVQ Level 3 relevant to business
