Are you passionate about farming and its contribution to the environment?

We're seeking a talented and dedicated individual with an understanding of environmental or agricultural policy to join us in addressing key environmental issues. In this important national role, you’ll be involved in interpreting and communicating relevant legislation, policies and associated information to NFU members and the farming community.

What you’ll bring:

With an HND/ or degree (or equivalent) in Agriculture, Environmental Science or a related field, you’ll be a team player who is able to manage a diverse and challenging workload whilst remaining calm and organised under pressure. Effective communication, a keen eye for details, influencing skills, and networking abilities are essential to secure the best outcomes for NFU members and farming community. You will be comfortable at building strong internal relationships with both colleagues and external stakeholders and have the ability to communicate effectively. An ability to deliver accurate information within set timescales is also important.
