General Cover Teacher Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction across various subjects and grade levels.
• Adapt quickly to different teaching environments and follow lesson plans provided by regular classroom teachers.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere, promoting student participation and understanding.
• Provide constructive feedback and assessment of student progress.
• Collaborate with school staff and administrators to ensure a seamless educational experience.
• Contribute to the overall educational goals and objectives of the school.

The successful candidate will:

• Have worked in a classroom in the last two years and be able to provide relevant references. PGCE placements will be accepted.
• Have UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Be able to rapidly engage students and establish a rapport with students and staff alike.
• Be a confident behaviour manager. 
• Lead by example as an enthused and highly motivated educator.
• NQTs, Overseas Trained Teachers with the right to work in the UK as well as Instructors with relevant experience are also welcomed to apply.
• A fully checkable work history.
