We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Housing Association, who are looking for a Surveyor based in, or around the Bristol/ Weston-Super-Mare areas.

Our client is looking for a Surveyor with Project Management experience to oversee and manage the identification of damp & mould in housing association properties. 

Day to Day:

•      Experienced Surveyor – domestic property experience
•      To carryout building diagnostics, writing reports
•      Work daily with schedule of rates
•      Identify and advise on damp & mould in properties
•      Day to day management of subbies
•      Liaising with tenants living in housing association properties
•      Sending out email and letter correspondence

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

•      Experienced and suitably qualified Surveyor
•      Experience of surveying domestic properties, ideally social housing
•      Experience of Asbestos, damp & mould
•      Knowledge of schedule of rates
•      Good customer service experience
•      Good communicator
•      Must be computer literate using Microsoft office
•      Driving licence
