New Role - Site Manager
Our client has a new scheme starting in the Central Quays at Cardiff and are looking for a Site Manager - there is over 3 months work for the right candidate.
A strong background of Site Management roles within civils and building contracting is ideal for this job, as is SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
The successful Site Manager will be a team player, strong on management of the site team and paperwork along with working closely with the commercial team. Some good IT skills would be helpful as they use the Ipad system for QA on site.
The Site Manager role will include:
- Working from site in Cardiff
- Site Management including liaising with the management team, commercial team and subcontractors
- Leadership on Health and Safety, quality and CDM regulations
- Responsibility for all site activities
The ideal Site Manager candidate will have:
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Extensive experience within construction and civil engineering projects
- Leadership qualities and strong project management experience
- A positive attitude towards work
