Residential Finishes Construction Manager

Our client is a reputable and dynamic Developer / Contractor with a track record of delivering a range of high Value Residential and Commercial schemes throughout the UK. They now require an experienced Residential Fit-Out & Finishes Construction Manager to join their existing Delivery team on a circa £25M, 150 Unit Residential Tower development project in Bristol.
To support the ongoing delivery of this high profile Residential scheme in Bristol, they now require experienced Fit Out & Finishes / Interiors “Construction Package Managers” to join their existing delivery team and deliver sizeable joinery, internal fit-out and finishes works on the project.
The successful candidate will have extensive Residential development experience and the following background and abilities.
- Minimum of 10 years with a recognised Building Contractor
- Joinery and Fit out exposure of various works packages including joinery finishes, ironmongery and decoration.
- Post contract delivery experience above £5M value
- Ability to effectively manage Site production, technical staff and sub-contractors
- Experience of taking things from 1st fix stage through to handover and habitation.
- Commercial awareness to minimise risk to margin
- You will control and report against Production, Quality and Safety criteria.
- Management of Local Supply Chain
- This is a Fixed Term role on a minimum 18 – 24 Month Project starting May 2024 with a competitive base salary.
