Bank Care Assistant

A leading luxury care home just outside of York is now looking for a Care Assistant (HCA) with elderly care experience to join their staff bank, which will give you the option to pick up shifts as and when you want.
This “Good”-rated home is set within a beautiful Georgian manor house, which has been carefully adapted with its residents in mind: combining specialist home design techniques with premium furnishings to help independently navigate around, preserve life skills, and fully relax in calm and comfort.
By joining the staff bank, you’ll being ensuring each resident gets the support they need even when there are absences (such as due to illness or annual leave).
From assisting with daily living, to spending some quality one-to-one time, to helping with some planned activities, you’ll help each resident to live well in a comfortable and caring place.
This is a bank position for a Care Assistant (ad-hoc shifts).
Person specification:
- (Essential) Previous HCA experience in an elderly care setting
- (Desirable) Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
