Part Time Sales Executive

I am managing a fantastic new build sales role on a part time basis, working for one of the leading developers across Suffolk. My client is looking for a motivated sales negotiator that can join on a 0 hour contract basis but get 3 days per week worth of worth - sometimes more during busier times.
The role of a new build sales exec is to sell the live development, qualify the potential buyers and convert the sales in person.
Responsibilities:
- Sell new build properties / mixture of appartments and houses
- Meet and greet customers who walk in to view the development
- Build 5 star relationships
- Be Target driven and hungry to push on with more sales
- Learn the company values and implement them daily
