Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant QS for a construction project on Teesside.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the senior quantity surveyor and commercial manager with project administration (Commercial and project spreadsheets etc.)
- Raise applications for payment
- External valuations, re-measures and pricing variations
- Assist with project cost analysis
- Form effective relationships with the site team
- Prioritise and manage time whilst working to deadlines
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Be a confident and reliable Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- 1-3 years’ experience in a experience in a similar role
- Degree or HND qualified in relevant subject
- Possess strong numeracy and report writing skills
- Have good presentation skills
