Venatu are hiring an internal sales and customer service representive for our well established client located in Leeds. 

The hours of work are Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm + Friday 8am - 4pm 

Main Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Inputting of customers’ orders onto a computer system using Sage
• Dealing with customers enquiries/queries on the telephone
• Communicating with warehouse staff
• Dealing with email orders, quotations and enquiries
• Planning transport delivery routes
• Updating of customer information
• Credit Control

Skills Required:

• Positive attitude & motivated
• Friendly & keen to learn
• Organised
• Ability to use own initiative
• Computer literate (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willing to work alone or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail
