Our client is an established public sector organisation that provides Children's Social Care services to vulnerable children and families in West Midlands, UK. They are committed to delivering high-quality services to support positive outcomes for children and young people.

As a social worker in this role, you will have a great opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals providing statutory services to children who need help and protection. Our client provides a supportive working environment with opportunities to develop your skills and expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Receive referrals from MASH and work with children and families on Child in Need and Child Protection cases.
- Complete holistic assessments of children and families to identify needs, risks, and strengths to inform plans.
- Use evidence-based practice to deliver services that promote positive change for children and families.

Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Car driver.
- Able to attend the office 2-3 days per week.
