Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in residential development projects? Our esteemed residential development company is seeking a proficient and motivated Freelance Site Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Chichester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project timeline and budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Report project progress to the project manager and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot any on-site issues and implement solutions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects.
  • SMSTS certification is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Location: Chichester, United Kingdom

Rate: £250 per day
