Are you an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record in residential development projects? Our esteemed residential development company is seeking a proficient and motivated Freelance Site Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Chichester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring adherence to project timeline and budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report project progress to the project manager and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot any on-site issues and implement solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in residential construction projects.
- SMSTS certification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Location: Chichester, United Kingdom
Rate: £250 per day
