Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee and manage the delivery of services including the management of teams of staff that enable stakeholder, service users and families/carers to engage with and make informed use of the service(s).
  • To manage the delivery and progress of complex caseloads.
  • To enable the provision of specialist support for a complex work area.
  • To lead, develop, organise and control a professional service area ensuring the delivery of the service meets all Council, professional and legislative requirements.

What you need:

  • QSW Status - including qualification, Social Work England registration and completed ASYE
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Right to work in the UK
