GI Group are currently recruiting for Warehouse Packaging Operatives to join our clients friendly team on a long-term basis. This role is based in the Chesterfield, Markham Vale, S44 area.

Working Hours: Rotation Shift

Please note - The company requires candidates to wear a hair net for this position.

Morning Shift - Monday to Friday 06:00AM - 02:00PM.
Afternoon Shift - Monday to Friday 02:00PM - 10:00PM.
Availability for both shifts is required, possible just afternoon shifts available.

Job Types: Temporary - Permanent

Hourly Rate:
£11.44 per hour. Overtime available at a higher rate.

This company is the largest co-packer in the UK, working with some of the best-known brands to provide cost-effective and innovative co-packing, co-filling and co-manufacturing solutions. This location is on a direct bus route!

Duties/Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Packaging light weight products ready for distribution.
Product labelling.
Flow wrapping.
Pouching.
Using correct manual handling techniques.

Essential Skills Required:

Excellent attention to detail.
Accuracy in all tasks and measurements, and a high grade of work.
Be competent at working alone or as part of a team.
Be aware of all company policies and Health and Safety procedures and practices.
