Team Leader

We are working with our client to recruit a Team Leader for their site in Hoo, Medway.
This is a major E Commerce site supplying products for well known brands operating in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Help Supervise and lead a team of Warehouse Operatives, providing guidance and support.
- Picking orders using Handheld Scanners
- Coordinate and prioritise daily tasks to meet targets
- Follow all Health and Safety rules and regulations
- Assist and support other team members to meet targets
Requirements of this role:
- Good understanding of Excel and Word
- Previous experience working as a TEAM LEADER within a retail suppy chain industry, this is not a trainee role.
- Strong knowledge of leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Details orientated.
Role:
- 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work some weekends
- Ability to work 5 out of 7 days when necessary
- Plenty of overtime paid at x 1.25 and x 1.5 if required.
- Must have own car due to location of site.
