An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Senior Healthcare Assistant in Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Full time position, pay rate £12.26 - £12.82 per hour weekend enhancements.
Specialism
Acquired brain injury and a range of other neurological conditions such as Huntington’s disease, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis.
Purpose
To coordinate the provision of high-quality holistic person-centred care and support to individuals accessing the client services. To provide direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to junior staff.
Qualifications required
• Healthcare Level 3 or equivalent
Experience, Skills and Ability
• Proven relevant care work experience
• Proven experience of working within a team
• Demonstrable skills in leadership and supervision
• Good communication skills
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• IT skills including accessing and using the internet, email, and word
