Site Manager
A well-established, small residential building and refurbishment contractor is looking to add a hardworking Site Manager to their close knit team.
The successful Site will join a small team specialising in bespoke residential luxury one off builds and refurbishment projects throughout Surrey, the home counties and London.
The company has a great pipeline of works, having secured 90% of their annual turnover target by march. They’re offering a permanent, stable and long-term opportunity with great support and development prospects.
The Site Manager’s Role
The successful Site manager will be on a £3 million new build project near Beaconsfield Buckinghamshire.
You’ll be responsible for the management of an ultra-modern new build project near Beaconsfield.
On one of Buckinghamshire’s most prestigious road’s and with an incredible build team behind you, you’ll be responsible for building a cutting edge contemporary new build.
You’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the project with support from a visiting contracts manager and a direct line in the director of the business, who remains hands on.
The Site Manager – Requirements
- High end residential experience £1 - £3 million budgets
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills
- A valid driving license
- Experience with Pro Core is a plus but not necessary
In return
- £50,000 - £65,000
- Pension – Company contribution increases after probation
