Early Help Officer
The company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Early Help Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing early help services to families in need.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide early help services to families in need
- Assess the needs of families and develop support plans
- Work closely with partner agencies to provide a coordinated approach to service delivery
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes for professionals and families
- Ensure that all work is carried out in line with relevant policies, procedures and legislation
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children, young people and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex workload
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and legislation
- A relevant qualification in social work, early years or a related field
Working Hours and Rate:
Full time role working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm which is currently paying £19.00ph!
