Early Help Officer

The company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Early Help Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing early help services to families in need.



Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide early help services to families in need
  • Assess the needs of families and develop support plans
  • Work closely with partner agencies to provide a coordinated approach to service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes for professionals and families
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in line with relevant policies, procedures and legislation


Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children, young people and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex workload
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and legislation
  • A relevant qualification in social work, early years or a related field

Working Hours and Rate:

Full time role working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm which is currently paying £19.00ph!
