- Business change capability - some people have come from sky, bringing new products to market, visit customers, installation and maintenance

Key Responsibilities
- We have developed a business change for big transformation programmes where we see people change, processes, toolset, changing the day jobs of individuals
- This is going to be focused on the logistics - coming into the site, physically getting on to the ship, coming off the ship
- We want efficiency - accountability, tracking of equipment and people is not robust currently so needs to be improved
- Multiple stakeholders - internal transfer team, our warehousing capability is with Wincanton so will need to be a strong communicator
- How do we take people through this change - business change skills
- Prosci is the most common - we are aligned to APMG but I do not have a preference - needs to have at least an understanding of the professional accreditation
- We suspect investment into modern technology regarding tracking of equipment and people, do we physically track assets
