We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Coding Professional to join our client's dynamic team at their office based in Loughborough. The company is a leader in its field, providing innovative software solutions to a growing customer base.

The Role:
As a Clinical Coding Professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the main UK point of contact with the global development team, focusing on system functionality and leading new software validation activities.
- Identifying product enhancements through customer feedback.
- Conducting thorough testing to pinpoint potential issues.
- Supporting the creation of product educational content.
- Engaging, training, and supporting customers in testing new and enhanced software.
- Actively keeping abreast of any pending changes in national clinical coding practice and their impact on software development.
The Candidate:
The ideal Clinical Coding Professional will have:
- An Accredited Clinical Coder (National Clinical Coding Qualification).
- Either an NHSE Approved Clinical Coding Auditor or NHSE Approved Clinical Coding Trainer (advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ICD-10 and OPCS and national coding rules and conventions.
- Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Extensive NHS clinical coding experience.
- Experience in training or coaching within a clinical coding team.
