As the Head of Cyber Security Operations, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust Information Security processes and procedures to align with business policies and operations. Lead and manage Information Security Operational teams will be integral to ensure efficient and effective security monitoring and defence across information assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Cyber security incident response efforts, ensuring processes and procedures are efficient and regularly tested.
• Develop and maintain operational checks to uphold the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational information assets.
• Act as an escalation point for Information Security Incidents, changes, and problems.
• Manage IDAM (Identity and Access Management) functions and controls.
• Produce Risk Landscape documentation in collaboration with Information Security Risk functions.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial experience with various security technologies and systems.
• Operational experience with PCI DSS and familiarity with Check Point Firewall, SIEM/Splunk, endpoint protection technologies, vulnerability scanning tools, and Microsoft Windows Server family.
• Experience in managing and developing a SIEM system, and feeding events into a SOC for security incident identification.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management systems, Active Directory, GPO Configuration, and Citrix/VMWare.
