Full Time Contract ( 3 months long)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Services Officer in Camden. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours. It is a fully office-based position
The job:
- Being the first point of contact with customers, providing advice and applying sound judgement
- Resolving queries directly or referring them where a detailed consultation is required
- Providing general administrative support
- Drafting communications and statements when appropriate
The candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Previous experience working for a local authority is essential
- Understanding of key aspects of integrated service delivery and links between front line and professional service areas
