QUANTITY SURVEYOR – MAIN CONTRACTOR CIVILS & RAIL
My client is a £100million turnover civil engineering and Rail contractor, privately owned and growing year on year. They are presently looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with some experience on large schemes to undertake a variety of commercially focussed duties on large schemes valued anything from £2million to £50million. Due to an influx of work and lots of success my client needs to grow his team fast.
Types of Projects:
• Rail - Earthworks, Signalling, Station Redevelopment
• Earthworks
• Remediation
Locations of work:
• Birmingham
• Milton Keynes
• Northampton
• Leicestershire
• South West
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow their career with an excellent contractor. You will be responsible for valuations, variations, take offs, procurement of subcontractors and dealing with the client daily.
