Independent Social Worker (Form F Assessor)

• Up to £2250 per assessment

• Cardiff Council are looking for a Form F Assessor.
• Foster Wales Cardiff, the in-house fostering service are seeking social workers with at least 3 years’ experience to complete Coram Baaf Form F assessments.
• They are looked for appropriately skilled and experienced qualified social workers to assess and prepare prospective Foster Carers for presentation to panel and their Fostering journey.
• Attendance at panel is required to present the assessment with Panel being held on a Wednesday.
• You will need to be able to work under your own initiative but will receive supervision for the assessment and regular check ins with your supervisor.
